   This 1,000+ acre community has 2600+ home sites and 35 acres of commerical shopping.  Harmony is located on Rayford rd and Grand Parkway.  It is easily accessible from I45 and I69 (hwy59) via the Grand parkway and less than 30 mins from Bush intercontinental airport. 

   There are twelve sections in Harmony.  Some of those are built out and some are currently building.  Builder's currently building:  Westin, Shea, Taylor, Perry, Lennar, Gehan, Beazer, Chesmar, Pulte, Castle Rock and DR Horton.  Pricing starts in the $180's.  Harmony is in a mud district and the tax rate is currently 3.34. 

   School district is Conroe ISD.  Schools: Broadway Elmentary, Birnham Woods Elementary,  Cox Intermediate, York Jr High and the New Grand Oaks High school.  

   The Ticket Recreation Center located on the corner of Allegro and Rayford features a splash pad, pool, playground, 5100 sq ft recreation center, exercise room, meeting room and an onsite director of fun.

   Barefoot park features a beach entry lagoon pool and a multi-use sports court.

   Wander Park in the Villages of Harmony has picnic areas and playsets.

    Nearby shopping and eateries:  HEB, Kroger, Walmart, CVS, Marco Pizza, UPS, At&T, Chase Bank, Mod Pizza, LA Fitness, Bao's Chinese, Massage Heights, , Crust Pizza, Sonic, Inner Element, Core, Momentum Coffee, Woodson's Local Tap, Texas Children's Pediatric, Popeye's, Chik-fil-a, Taco Bell, Beto's mexican, Whataburger, several other eateries, banks, Doctors, Eye Doctors, Dentists and more coming.  Also Regal movie theater coming in 2020 and YMCA coming 2022.
