I began my real estate career in February of 2004 as a partner in my own independent brokerage. After a few years a RE/MAX franchise opened in my small town. I thought it was a better fit for me and where I wanted to go with my career. A few more years went by and I was provided the opportunity to buy out the owner. Now I am the proud owner of RE/MAX Professionals and part of the #1 real estate franchise worldwide! In 2016 I received the award for Broker/Owner of the year in the RE/MAX of Texas Vanguard Council. I am also in the top 500 RE/MAX of Texas agents with an agent count of over 5,500. My office is committed to providing excellent service. We service a large rural area of Texas. In 2002, I graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor's degree in marketing. Then after more than 10 years in the mortgage and lending industry, I decided to apply this experience to a real estate career. In early 2014, I became a Sales Agent with Susan Radley, REALTORS® (In case you're wondering, Susan Radley is my mother-in-law and has been in real estate for more than 30 years. I'm fortunate to have her as a mentor.) My real estate career is built on a strong foundation, formed by combining my marketing knowledge and talents with my decade as a loan officer involved in agricultural, residential and commercial real estate transactions. Clients selling a home appreciate my innovative marketing approaches and active use of social media to efficiently attract prospective buyers. Clients looking for a home, especially first-time buyers, appreciate my ability to guide them through the ins and outs of the different mortgage options. Now as the Broker/Owner of Cori Radley & Co, I get to continue my passion for helping buyers and sellers, along with guiding and educating sales agents so they can gain knowledge of the industry that will set them up for success.

Cody was born and raised in Louise, TX. He graduated from Louise High School in 2003 and earned a Bachelor's of Business - Finance degree from Sam Houston State University in 2007. Cody began his career as a certified financial advisor before transitioning into a career in community banking as a loan officer and banking center president. Cody currently works for his family farming and ranching operation in Louise. With knowledge in both agricultural and financial industries, he has the capability to service all areas of rural real estate. As a lifelong resident of Wharton County, Cody has close ties to the local community. Cody has been married to wife Heather since 2011, and they have two children Eloise and Miles.
