While I'm a transplant from Iowa, my family has history in Texas for over 100 years. I've been in Texas for over 20 years myself. I have experience with working with buyers and sellers through 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and I leverage that experience when working with clients. My husband and I have been married for almost 16 years, and we're the proud parents of an energetic and imaginative fourth grader. My experience in the mortgage industry as well as customer service and sales led me to pursuing a career in real estate. I am passionate about helping people discover the joy of living in the suburbs. When my husband and I were looking for our first home, we spent days driving all over the Houston area looking for the perfect area of town. Pairing my experience with the power of Weichert, REALTORS - The Murray Group allows me to pursue my vision of helping couples and families avoid the challenges my husband and I faced, and find the right location and the right house in the shortest amount of time.

From Tracy's childhood home in St. Louis, Missouri, to the suburbs of Chicago and finally to the Houston area with her own family, her relocation experiences created the excitement and passion for her career as a Realtor. Tracy, her husband and their three children are proud to call the Houston area their home. She believes that relationships are the foundation for everything and applies that thinking when working with clients. Previous to her career in real estate, Tracy's passion included serving her community as an educator for over 18 years. The experience she gained as an educator and the relationships she was able to build provided Tracy with an intimate understanding of the surrounding school districts and she can now share that expertise with her clientele. As a lifetime learner, Tracy's clients can expect the same level of dedication throughout the entire home buying or selling experience. Tracy shared that, "helping people search for and find a home that is right for them has been a passion of mine long before the start of my real estate career. Welcome! As a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Interior Design, clients and their homes have always held a special interest for me. Through design, I have developed an ability to listen to the needs of my client and translate those needs into the home buying and selling process!

In the early 90's, my family and I were relocated to a very small Texas town. Needless to say, it was no place for an aspiring Interior Design consultant. So, I did the next best thing...started working for a local builder! Through this experience, I gained a knowledge of construction, marketing, sales and the new home process.

Over the next five years, I continued to work hard and take care of my clients and associates. My business grew until the next logical step was to take my experience, dedication and work ethic out on my own. That is when I went back to school and received my Real Estate license.

Since then, I have also completed the Certified Negotiation Expert training and most recently have been announced TOP PRODUCER in 2018 for my office. As your Realtor, I will apply the knowledge I have acquired over the past 14 years to represent you and your family with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
