Hi Ya'll! May I present myself, Krystal Williams, breaking into the real estate scene in 2024. Born in Houston, raised right here in New Caney, Texas, I am honored and excited to serve my community in this new role. From my 25 years in retail, currently as lead receiver at HEB Market Street in the heart of the Woodlands, I bring the ability to maintain efficiency in the face of chaos, a solid background of fiduciary responsibility, and a commitment to keep the focus on my client's needs. After attending U of H, I met my fantastic husband Tim and we immediately started looking for land. Ten years later, we found our piece of heaven on earth in Grangerland, Texas. We adore our homestead with our two beautiful boys, his longhorn Phil and my emu Chuckles. Although the boys are grown, we still enjoy looking for land to run our future herd of longhorns and mob of emus on while taking Texas history road trips. Whether it be a townhome in the Woodlands or a 100-acre ranch in Brenham, my most precious desire is to help others find their piece of heaven in our great state.

My name is Melissa and I'm new to real estate and excited about starting a new chapter in my life. I'm looking forward to making the american dream happen for everyone. I'm motivated and have 20 years of experience serving the public. I'm a Michigander who moved to Texas in 2011, looking to live somewhere with no snow! I met my husband 1 year after moving here and we have been married since 2016. I love being outside and enjoying the sunshine whether on the beach or a patio! I love listening to live music and enjoy socializing with friends and family! I've been a hairstylist for 20 years and looking to change it up for a new challenge in real estate! I've also got my bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in marketing which will hopefully give me an edge in building my Real Estate business!!!

Mayra Gisela Flores was born and raised in Houston TX. Having earn an associate degree in business from HCC in 2020 she has learned the ups and downs of what a business takes and how to handle it.



In her previous role as a property manager, Mayra gathers 6 plus years of experience on customer service, financial reporting, leadership, and accounting stability. Through her role she helped many Houstonians find a place to call their home. She plans on doing just that, but with a little touch of value (home equity) to your home.
