A middle child of five, I was born in Sinton and grew up in Portland, TX. After high school, obtained a degree in Interior Design from Bauder College in Arlington. After school, went actually in to property management for several years. During that time, met my husband Garry and we were married in 1985. We have lived in Tampa, Phoenix, & Bakersfield before settling in Victoria in 1992. We got involved in the community while raising our boys. I spent nine years on staff at our church (Parkway) and the year our youngest was graduating from high school in 2006, I obtained my Real Estate license. Amber is a Texas native through and through. She was raised in the popular hill country town of Marble Falls. Real estate for Amber became an incremental part of her formative years. As soon as Amber could walk, she was immersed in her family's real estate photography business. Amber took a break from the family business to attend Sam Houston State University. There she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administrator. While studying at Sam Houston State, Amber became very familiar with her soon-to-be new area of home - Montgomery County! After finishing school, Amber worked as a loan officer, learning the interworkings of home financing, creative funding options, and how to move a file through closing. This only sharpened her skills as a future real estate agent and it was at that point she knew she would be of great service to the industry! Amber is happily married to, Zach a custom home builder, and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children. Amber's an avid creative director in her home life through crafting, photography, and culinary arts. Amber is well versed and ready to provide her vast skillset to her client's transactions! Letha has been a licensed Realtor for nearly 30 years. In 2000 she founded Summit Rental and Management Company, LLC., a very successful residential management company with a stellar reputation. Letha is a member of the Victoria Area Association of Realtors, the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. I have served as President of the Victoria Apartment Association several times, Treasurer and Board of Directors. Letha has experience in listings, sales, and property management, but in new construction. I have helped build over 70 homes in the past and recently the office, club room and manager's apartment at The Villas Apartments. I have lived in the Victoria area for more than 30 years. My husband Van is a professional horseman and clinician. We live in Mission Valley where he operates our ranch and Horsemanship Academy. I have enjoyed watching my children and now my grandchildren grow up in this great community. My previous career as a nurse and local business owner has afforded me the opportunity to meet and work with some of the most amazing people. While attending the University of Houston - Victoria for his BBA in Accounting, Nathan worked as a carpenter in his hometown of Ganado TX where he renovated homes, updated kitchens and built barndominiums. After graduating, he worked as an accountant for a HVAC (Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and Industrial Supplies Distribution Company. Due to his dedication to great customer service and his ability to communicate efficiently, he was quickly promoted to a sales position. After successfully experiencing sales, Nathan, decided to sell something he was truly passionate about.... Homes!
