After working in the medical field and oil/gas industry while living in NW Montgomery County over the last 30 yrs, we had the opportunity to move to Lake Livingston and decided to follow my passion for real estate.

I enjoy cooking, going to craft shows and country road trips. We are a sports fanatic family with a special passion for volleyball as I grew up in the gym as well as my kids played competively in school and club along with traveling for BMX. My husband and I love spending time with family and friends on the lake, gardening, or just relaxing while enjoying the peacefulness of the country atmosphere that Lake Livingston offers.

Prior to gaining her real estate license and joining Vaughan Real Estate Group in 2016, Emily worked for a Lloyd's of London insurance syndicate specializing in Energy Underwriting. Emily has a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Management obtained from Loughborough University, England. Emily and her husband have lived in the Lake Livingston area for 8 years and currently reside in Point Blank. In her free time Emily enjoys walking her three dogs, exercising, entertaining friends and spending quality time with her husband and four-year-old daughter.

Born and raised in New Caney, Bre discovered her passion for real estate at a young age. After completing high school, she joined RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring as a receptionist, quickly advancing to embrace diverse responsibilities in areas such as accounting, agent services, and general administration. Throughout this time, Bre continued her education at Sam Houston State University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in political science with a focus on legal studies.

Working at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring provided an excellent platform for Bre to hone her real estate skills and gather valuable experience. In 2021, the organization was acquired by RE/MAX ONE and rebranded as RE/MAX ONE - The Woodlands & Spring. Bre accepted a new opportunity in June 2023 to become the Director of Development for the Woodlands & Spring office, responsible for facilitating and implementing the RE/MAX ONE Complete Agent Development Program. This program is a turnkey, proprietary system designed for agents to plug into their businesses and achieve success.

Beyond her professional life, Bre cherishes spending time with her two children, enjoying the beautiful Lake Livingston sunshine, and taking pleasure in sipping on fine wine. She caters to buyers looking to transition from the city to a quiet, less stressful lifestyle. It is important for Sandra to build relationships through her customer service skills with everyone she meets. Sandra's previous experience includes 20 years of property management. She worked her way through levels of management which included multifamily, commercial, condos, rental homes, and real estate sales. Sandra studied at Champion School of Real Estate and became licensed in 2005 and earned her Broker license in 2018. She is currently working with Vaughan Real Estate Group on Lake Livingston since 2013 specializing in San Jacinto County but represents buyers all over the lake area. In Sandra's free time, she enjoys gardening, boating, exercising and most of all making precious memories with her granddaughter and family! Sandra is very involved in her community, serving at her local church and volunteering for her community property association.

Living on Lake Livingston since 1997 has given me much insight to lake life and I would love to share with you to find the right home.
