Hello, my name is Carlos Velez Jr. I am a licensed realtor working with a team of knowledgeable real estate professionals. Having gone through the process of buying a couple of homes myself, I am sensitive to the buying process and how overwhelming it can be. Being a Brazoria County resident for over 60 years and 4th generation since 1891. I know and love my community and the people in it. I was raised in Jones Creek and in my heart will always be a "creeker". I have lived in Lake Jackson for 35 years, where I raised my 3 daughters, and enjoy my 7 grandchildren visiting, pulling kitchen chairs up to the counter to cook with "Nena". My passion does not only stop with finding homes for people but, for finding homes for Dogs, and Cats through my "PET OF THE WEEK" at the SPCA, where I am a Board Member.

My approach is a simple philosophy; take care of the client. I brings over two decades of customer relations and consulting experience to the table when it's time to assist my clients with the negotiation's aspect. My attention to detail and analytical approach ensures that my client's interests are secured. I am also a Texas native with over 20 years in Brazoria County.

Brazoria County has been Dawn's home for the past 20 years. She and her family live in Angleton and she recently retired as a teacher in Angleton. In 2021 she joined the fantastic team at American Realty, a well established realty firm in Lake Jackson. Dawn is very familiar with Brazoria County stretching from Sweeny to Freeport to Pearland and everywhere in between! She has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and knows from experience the needs of our 55+ citizens. She is a member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Ambassador. She and her husband attend First Baptist Church of Brazoria where she is active in the sanctuary choir and women's ministry.

Liz Herring is an experienced realtor whose focus is her clients. She wants her clients to have a memorable buying or selling experience. She strives to keep things simple, provide clear communication, and facilitate smooth transactions. Liz is highly organized and detailed. She focuses on the right price for her clients, seamless transactions, and being there when her clients need her. She always picks up her phone and responds quickly to emails. Liz works with buyers and sellers in Brazoria County and Galveston Island. She started her career in Galveston where she lived before moving to Brazoria County. She works with first time homebuyers, buyers upgrading or downsizing, and vacation home buyers. She has sold residential homes, vacation beach homes, high rise condos, vacation condos, and historical homes. Liz loves meeting new people, spending time with them, and is enthusiast about helping her clients meet their goals. She believes real estate is not just about properties, it includes connections and helping buyers and sellers increase wealth through real estate. Not only does Liz mentor new agents to real estate, she has multiple designations and certifications. Including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Resort and Second Homes Specialist (RSPS). Prior to real estate, Liz was an educator, department chair, and held many leadership positions. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Marketing Degree and of University of Central Oklahoma with a Masters in Education. She grew up in real estate with her father as an investor and her mother as a broker.
